Barley was the original grain used for polenta, so we thought we'd give it a try and are pleased that we did- it's so delicious. This beautifully dark purple heirloom barley variety boasts high protein content and is full of good antioxidants.  Sweet and slightly smoky flavor- it's a stunner!
