Styrian pumpkins are an orange and green variety of pumpkins that were bred and cultivated in the Styria Region of Austria. They were selected for their hull -less edible seeds that are eaten whole or pressed into oil. The oil is known as “green gold” and is considered a superfood because of its nutritional and health benefits.
